Small-sized Case

We can enroll groups as small as 3 employees, as long as at least one is not an owner. Small groups are most likely to have no benefits package in place.

Medium-Sized Case

Medium groups usually have major medical for their employees, but usually need other “core” benefits such as Dental and Vision. These businesses are still considered “small”, but are the most likely to need supplemental health solutions.

Larger-Sized Case

Larger-sized groups usually have established major medical plans with broker support. We value those relationships, and partner with brokers to strengthen those ties to their clients. Catamount Corporation focuses on the following goals for our Broker Partnerships:

  • We want to strengthen your relationships with your existing clients. We are another resource for your clients, never a replacement for you.
  • We want to strengthen your business. We want to see you grow and to that end, send referrals back to you for the pieces of the benefit “puzzle” that you can do better than we can.
  • We want to become a long-term partner. We are not a one-and-done organization. We will maintain regular communication and support channels for both you and our mutual clients.

Even with major medical plans, a significant number of Americans cannot afford their maximum out-of-pocket expenses if they were to experience a major accident or illness. These plans help to cover those health expenses as well as provide replacement income if they are forced to be out of work for any length of time.

We do not make any changes to the existing plans unless you, in consultation with your client, are looking for alternatives. Many businesses we work with already have, for example, health plans in place. We will educate on those plans in our one-on-one meetings and will help enroll (or at least collect the necessary information to enroll) employees in those plans, but we will not interfere with those plans or your relationship with your client. Think of us as a PR firm for the company and the benefits they provide their employees.

We are happy to provide you with a Hot List for prospecting, but we have found the most success with any industries related to construction, automotive dealers and shops, and daycare centers.
